RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Beyond the Bow Gifts, we take great pride in the quality and presentation of every gift we create. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.
RETURNS
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged item, defective product, or shipping error caused by Beyond the Bow Gifts.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

SUBSTITUTIONS
Some gift baskets and curated gifts may include occasional substitutions due to seasonal availability or inventory changes. When substitutions are necessary, items of equal or greater value will be used while maintaining the overall style, quality, and presentation of the gift.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order once your approved return has been processed.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your financial institution or credit card provider.
